New Zealand Secoundary Schools Slalom Kayaking Championships

On Monday and Tuesday I did Nationals for kayaking. On Monday it was practice day and there was lots of people on the river so you had to take turns doing the practice course. On Tuesday it was race day and you got two goes on the course. My first run was better than my secound run because I missed a gate wich put 50 secounds on my time. The catagories were Under 14, Under 16 and Under 18. I was in Under 14s and came 7th wich I was pretty stoked about. It was an awesome experiance and I want to go back next year and hopefully get a better placing.
